14 Beat:
07/19 to 07/21 O'Shields Court at O'Shields Dr. - Units under construction had the installed wiring cut and removed. Doors have not been installed in the units.
15 Beat:
07/18 to 07/21 1015 Maner Terrace (Wellington Point Apts) - Complainant was out of town and returned to find their front door locked and blocked from the inside. A window was found open on the side of the apartment. Electronics and jewelry stolen.

07/19 to 07/21 (River Point Apts) An apartment that was being renovated had all the appliances and ceiling fixtures stolen
Theft:
13 Beat:
07/21 at 23:20 hrs. Judy Cir. Complainant advises a group of three boys took his children's bicycles off his carport. A neighbor stopped the boys and they dropped two bicycles and one fled on a Red 20 Murray Bicycle. The neighbor described the boys in the group as about 10 to 14 years old. One was a white male, one was black and the other was Hispanic.

07/21 at 18:15 to 18:45 hrs. 2733 Circle 75 Parkway (Hampton Inn Suites) Window shattered on a Lexus, GPS taken. The theft was recorded on the security camera. Review shows a red sedan, unknown make occupied by two black males shatter the side window. The suspects were 18 to 22 years old, wearing all black; one had a white dew rag that hung down to his shoulders .

2100 Old Concord Rd. # H-10 ( Charter Square Apts.) 6-27-08 @ 2130 hrs. To 6-28-08 @ 0004 hrs. Victim arrived home to find his sliding glass door broken. Taken was Jewelry, Dell computer, DVD player and speakers.
Later, Victim filed a supplemental report stating that he found some of his property at a local pawn shop. Case # 08092662 / Det. Thorp.
1791 Clearview St. 6-15-08 @ 1800 hrs to 6-29-08 @ 1230 hrs. Victim stated that someone entered his basement and took a radio, drywall equipment, sodas etc. Case # 08093279 / Sgt. Miller
Hidden Glen Drive (Hidden Glen Apts.) Apartments # 2086 and 1981. Two victims reported that their apartments had been entered via the sliding glass doors. Two Hispanic men were seen on the balcony of one of the victim's apartment. Video game system and DVD player was taken. Case # 08093245 / Det. Poag
15 Booth rd. # H-1 (Country Pines Apts.) 6-29-08 @ 2130 to 2200 hrs. Victim reported that someone attempted to break into his apartment. He came home and found the back door ajar. Nothing was taken. Case # 08093489 / Det. Whitaker
470 Concord Drive . On 6-24-08 between 1700 and 2100 hrs. A witness reported seeing the landlord and two females enter the residence. The victim arrived home later and reported that there were items missing from his home. Case # 08093111 / Clausen
1571 South Cobb Drive (Wilkes Finance) 6-28-08 @ 1000 hrs to 6-29-08 @ 1637 hrs. The business alarm box had been ripped from the wall and foot prints were found on an air conditioning unit. Nothing was found missing from inside the business. Case # 08093379 / Thorp
THEFTS:
5191 South Cobb Drive (Race Track) On 6-28-08 @ 0700 hrs. A man described as being a white male 5'08 tall, 160lbs, blonde hair with a scruffy appearance walked out of the store with two cases of beer. The clerk followed and told the man to pay for the beer. He refused and got into an older model Chrysler and left. A tag number was obtained. Case # 08092730 / Sgt. Miller
2857 Paces Ferry Rd. # 201 ( Wyndam Gardens ) 6-27-08 between 0645 hrs and 2300 hrs. Victim reported that someone entered his room and took his work out equipment. There was no forced entry. Case # 08093121.

06/28 at 01:00 to 11:00 hrs. 2665 Favor Rd (Caswyck trail) Complainant advises someone took video games and a ring form her apartment. Complainant suspects her father of having a key and taking the items for pawn.

06/26 at 11:10 hrs. -Panstone Dr. Precinct 3 Officers Hernandez, Henderson, and Morganthal responded to a suspicious person call and located two persons in the residence. Property taken form the residence was found on one of the suspects. Det Poag responded to the scene and continued the investigation. Two suspects were charged with burglary.

06/26 at 14:45 to 15:15 hrs. 2850 Paces Ferry Rd. (Vinings Jubilee) Complainant advises a suspect was observed breaking into a vehicle and set off the alarm. She elected not to call 911. The suspect was described as a black male, husky, with short hair driving a late model Pontiac , gold in color. Tag given was BM4704 (not on file)

06/26 at 01:00 to 05:00 hrs. Polo La. - Pry tool used to enter a Jaguar parked in the driveway. XM satellite and radar detector taken. Second vehicle was unlocked, a tennis bag with rackets were taken

Suspicious Activity:

06/20 to 06/24 5076 Nifda Dr . (Boca Industries) Complainant observed a suspicious truck parked next to a company truck at 04:30 hrs on Monday morning. The fuel cap was removed from the company truck but diesel fuel had not been taken. The suspicious vehicle was described as a full size, extended cab, Dodge Ram pickup, black in color with a faded drive out tag. The pickup had a red fuel tank mounted in the bed of the truck behind the cab. There were four persons with the truck that fled the area. Request Zone Patrol

Neighbor heard a loud noise at noon time and observed a tall skinny white male about 5'10, late twenties, wearing blue baseball cap, dark stripped shirt, blue jeans running from the apartment.
